We have 4 homes available for 1
month or longer rentals. 2 are located
on the golf course, one on the 6th green of Granite Falls North
and the other on the 5th tee of Desert Springs. The other 2 are on interior lots. One is on a large corner lot and the other
has a huge open back yard area that insures privacy. 2 GOLF CARTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR RENT ON A
FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS AND ALL HAVE FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET.
One golf course home is the very popular Coronado model and is 2000 square
feet, the other golf course home is the Palo Verde model and is 1850 and both
of these have 2 bedrooms, a den/office and 2 baths. The other two are the Lantana model which
is a 1,600 square-foot, two-bedroom/two-bath home. All are available for one month or longer
rentals. They are situated in Sun City
Grand, in Surprise, Arizona -- less than one mile from the recreation and
fitness center, four golf courses, and all the major shopping centers on
Grand Avenue and Bell Road. This is an
active-adult community. One person must be 55 or older. Golf rate is only $41
at all 4 courses! It's just five minutes to the
new Surprise stadium for the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers. And
it's less than 15 minutes to This homes feature a large open-space kitchen, a dining room, and a great room. All homes feature a king-size bed in the master suite, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room in this Lantana and a sofa-bed in the den/office of the Palo Verde model. The kitchens are fully equipped including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker and all cooking utensils. Additional amenities in this Lantana include cordless phones, air-conditioning, a large 50” LCD screen TV and DVD/DVR in the living room, Free High Speed Wireless Internet, a 32” LCD TV in the master bedroom, linens, a washer and dryer, and a two-car extended garage. Special features include a covered patio and a backyard area with a professional quality putting and chipping area in this home plus barbecue and patio furniture, in all homes. The other 3 homes have all new furniture and fixtures. Two Electric Golf Carts are
available for rent at a rate of $200/month on a first come first served basis
for any of these homes. As a guest, you'll have full access to all the
amenities of this luxury retirement community -- including the Adobe Spa and
discounted “owner” golf rates with the purchase of the $100 Rec Card per
person. Four 18 hole championship golf courses are available:
Desert Springs, Granite Falls South, Granite Falls North and These homes are available for long-term rental if you are building a new home and need temporary accommodations. One person must be 55 or older to rent. Pets are allowed with advance approval and an additional non-refundable $200.00 cleaning fee. Activities on-site or nearby including hiking, rock climbing, biking, golfing, tennis, racquetball, bocci ball, basketball, fishing, hunting, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, shopping, sightseeing, swimming, boating, sailing, water-skiing, wind-surfing, parasailing, and jet-skiing. Also on site or nearby are restaurants, live theater, cinemas, museums, a fitness center, gym, shuffleboard, horseshoes, miniature golf, and amusement parks. RENTAL RATES BELOW ARE FOR THE LANTANA MODEL. THE OTHER LANTANA IS $100 PER MONTH LESS AND THE 2 GOLF COURSE HOMES ARE $300 or $400 PER MONTH MORE. CALL FOR 4 MONTH OR LONGER RENTAL DISCOUNTS.
